Highwire

“No way I’m not going on that” I argued ,while staring at the fearsome high wire .It hovered above me and gave an uneasily look.” Louis you’re next” cried the chief of the high wire. I skidded over to the ladder with my helmet and safety cord and braced myself.” Deep breath, Deep breath” I thought “because it will be my last! What am I saying”.

Before I went I checked the tree was nice and strong, wow, it was as stron as steel. The tree is strong but I'm sure the wire will tangle me up like a snake. "this is it" I worried. I slammed my foot on the first step of the ladder, and another, and another. Before I knew it, I was on the deadly high wire.

"Okay,  can I get down  now please?" I moaned to the tiny people below. "Okay," said the chief of the high wire, then grab hold of the cord and jumped. As I jumped I didn't look down at the horrible sight. BANG!! "Hey it was more fun than I expected," I screamed. "Can I go again?"
